Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and photo permissions

This policy applies to your uploads, generation requests, generated videos, and use of Rumpelstiltskin Dance AI. Read it together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

The service uses fixed Solo and Duo dance templates. Solo uses one portrait photo; Duo uses two separate portrait photos. You cannot submit a custom text prompt through the generation tool. A fixed template does not remove your responsibility for the photos you upload or how you use a result.

Submit only photos you own or have permission to use, including permission from every person whose likeness you submit. If a child is depicted, you must have appropriate permission from their parent or legal guardian and comply with applicable law. Do not upload sensitive or confidential photos that are unsuitable for processing by an external AI provider. Using the service does not establish that identity, consent, ownership, or other rights have been verified.

2. Prohibited use

Do not upload, request, generate, publish, or use content through this service to:

• Create NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or exploitative content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Create or facilitate any sexual exploitation or abuse of children, including sexualized depictions of children or people presented as children.
• Use someone's likeness without permission, impersonate them without consent, or falsely suggest that a real person performed an act, endorsed a product, or authorized a message.
• Present an AI-generated video as evidence of a real person's actual behavior, or use it for fraud, deception, blackmail, or other misleading claims.
• Harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, or promote hatred or violence toward a person or group.
• Violate applicable law or another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. A purchase does not grant rights to third-party photos, likenesses, music, choreography, characters, or other protected material.
• Bypass content screening, account restrictions, payment checks, security measures, or usage limits, or interfere with the service or its providers.

Do not attempt to evade a refusal by repeatedly resubmitting prohibited material, using another account, or disguising the same request.

3. Generation decisions and enforcement

We may refuse a generation request or restrict access when needed to address suspected misuse, security issues, legal obligations, or payment disputes. AI results can vary; a completed generation does not establish that the content or its intended use is authorized. Review your result before sharing it and do not misrepresent it as footage of a real event.

If a request is refused, do not try to bypass the restriction. Contact support if you believe the decision was incorrect. Reports, disputed decisions, and questions about unused paid credits can be reviewed by our support team. We may request information needed to investigate; we do not promise a particular outcome or response time. Purchase and refund requests remain subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.

4. Report misuse or request review

Email support@rumpelstiltskindance-ai.dance, or use Support tickets when signed in. Include a brief description of the issue and the relevant task identifier or public page link, if available. Do not send account passwords or payment-card details.

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
