Terms of Service

1. About this service

Rumpelstiltskin Dance AI ("we", "us", or "the service") operates rumpelstiltskindance-ai.dance. These terms cover your use of our website and AI dance video service. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before purchasing or submitting photos.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and authorize a purchase. If you act for someone else or a business, you must have their authority to do so.

2. Accounts and access

An account is required to purchase generation credits, submit a generation, view your task history, and download your completed videos. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access or an incorrect charge. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

3. What you purchase

We offer one-time packs of 1, 3, or 5 generation credits. One credit is used for one Solo or Duo generation request; Duo does not require two credits. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Credits are for this service and are not a cash balance.

Review the selected pack, currency, total price, and any applicable taxes displayed at checkout before paying. A purchase is credited to the account used for checkout after payment is confirmed. Returning from checkout alone does not establish that a payment succeeded; check your Payment history if the balance has not updated.

When checkout is provided by Creem, Creem acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment processing. That transaction is also governed by Creem's Buyer Terms. Rumpelstiltskin Dance AI remains your contact for product delivery, generation issues, and refund requests. The checkout and receipt identify the provider handling your transaction.

4. Photos, generation, and delivery

Solo uses one portrait. Duo uses two separate portrait photos, one for each person. Upload JPG/JPEG, PNG, or WebP files up to 8 MB each. Use a clear, well-lit portrait with one visible face per photo. We combine your portraits with our configured scene and appearance references and generation instructions through KIE's access to MiniMax H3. The generation flow does not submit a reference video or background song as model input.

The service requests an approximately 15-second, vertical 9:16 video at the model's native 768P setting. A completed result is delivered as a downloadable MP4, preserving the model's original video and native dialogue or sound effects. The service does not add a licensed background song. Music you hear in a website preview is separate from the purchased download.

Generation starts when you submit the request, rather than when you buy a pack. Processing time depends on provider queues, availability, and delivery checks. We do not guarantee completion within a fixed number of minutes. A video appears in your task history when generation and delivery have completed. Download and keep your own copy: the service is not a permanent video archive, and stored files or provider links may become unavailable.

5. AI results and technical failures

AI output can vary. Likeness, expression, movement, timing, clothing, framing, and audio can differ from your photos, examples, or expectations. Examples illustrate the experience and do not promise an exact recreation. Review a result before sharing it or relying on it.

One credit is reserved when a generation request is accepted. A confirmed technical failure returns that credit to your account. This is a credit return for another generation, not a cash refund. If submission status is uncertain, the task stays under review because it may still complete. It is not automatically submitted again or refunded while its outcome is unknown.

Check your existing task before sending another request. A new request can use another credit. For a missing, stalled, corrupted, or materially defective result, contact support with the task identifier. Cash refunds and requests concerning undelivered purchases are reviewed under the Refund Policy.

6. Permission and acceptable use

Submit only photos you own or have permission to use, including permission from every person whose likeness you submit. For a child, you must have appropriate permission from their parent or legal guardian and comply with applicable law. Do not upload sensitive or confidential photos that are unsuitable for processing by an external AI provider.

Do not use the service to:

• Create unlawful, exploitative, sexually explicit, hateful, threatening, or abusive content, including any sexual exploitation of children.
• Harass, defame, deceive, impersonate, or violate someone's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Falsely suggest that a real person performed an act, endorsed a product, or authorized a message.
• Bypass account controls, payment checks, security measures, or usage limits, or interfere with the service or its providers.

You authorize us and our processing providers to process your submitted photos and related information to generate, deliver, secure, and support the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain whatever rights you already have in your submitted material; submitting it does not transfer its ownership to us.

We may refuse requests or restrict access when needed to investigate misuse, security issues, payment disputes, or legal obligations. Contact support about the treatment of any unused paid credits affected by a restriction; any applicable consumer rights remain available.

7. Publishing, audio, and intellectual property

A purchase gives you access to the completed result for download. It does not establish exclusive copyright in an AI-generated output or grant rights to someone else's likeness, music, choreography, characters, trademarks, source clips, or other protected material. We do not provide a blanket commercial-use license or guarantee that an output is free of third-party rights.

Before posting or using a video commercially, ensure that you have the permissions required for your intended use. If you add music, obtain it from an authorized source and check whether its license covers your use and destination platform. Follow the platform's AI-content disclosure, advertising, and music rules.

Rumpelstiltskin Dance AI is an independent service. A reference to a trend, film, artist, or source clip does not imply their endorsement or affiliation.

8. Cancellations, availability, and responsibility

You can leave checkout before completing payment. After purchase, you can choose not to submit a generation and request review of unused credits under the Refund Policy. There is currently no self-service cancellation of a request that has already been submitted to the generation provider. Deleting browser data, signing out, or closing the page does not cancel a submitted task.

The service depends on external generation, payment, and storage providers. Access may be interrupted or paused for maintenance, provider outages, security, or operational issues. We do not promise uninterrupted access, an exact artistic result, or indefinite storage. If an interruption prevents delivery of a purchase, contact support for a remedy under the Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights relating to a defective or undelivered digital service. These terms do not require you to waive statutory consumer protections.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting a purchase should be reviewed before you make a new purchase; changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
